This etching was begun in 1990, when it was taken through four states, and printed in an edition of ten numbered impressions, with the title Foreshore. In 2018, Amor returned to the earlier plate from 1990 (E.030). Re-titled Foreshore II, the new print has been selectively burnished, removing drypoint burr and lightening passages to reduce darkness both in the sky and on the land.
